MY ESTIACY — Property & Flatmate Marketplace in Cyprus
1A) What is MY ESTIACY?
Last updated: 17/06/2026
MY ESTIACY is a Cyprus-focused property and flatmate marketplace designed to make it easier to:
- Rent a home
- Sell or buy a home
- Find a room or a flatshare
- Find a compatible flatmate
- Find short-stay accommodation, serviced accommodation, or hotel-style listings where available
We bring listings and people together in one place, with tools that help users connect and move forward faster.
What makes us different
A marketplace only works if users trust it. MY ESTIACY is built with safety and quality in mind:
- User verification: Where enabled, we offer or require identity verification to reduce fake profiles and scams.
- Verification with privacy: Where identity verification is enabled, identity checks are handled by a third-party provider, and we aim to configure that provider so that we do not retain copies of ID document images on our own systems. The exact configuration in force at any time is reflected in our Privacy Policy and Verification Policy.
- Property verification measures: We implement checks designed to reduce fake or misleading listings.
- Clear rules: We enforce listing standards and take action against scams, duplicate spam, bait-and-switch tactics, and abusive behaviour.
- Cyprus-first: We focus on properties located in Cyprus (with the option to expand later).
What we are (and what we're not)
MY ESTIACY is a marketplace platform. We help users connect. We are not:
- A real estate agent or broker
- A landlord or seller
- A party to your rental, sale, or flatshare agreement
Transactions and agreements happen directly between users. We only provide the platform and the tools to connect.
Legal operator
MY ESTIACY is a registered business name (Cyprus business name reg. EE62897a) operated by Miltos Ioannidis (sole trader).

- Post a room / post what you're looking for — add photos and a clear description
- Match and message
- Meet and agree house rules
- Start sharing
Important: MY ESTIACY connects people. We are not part of the transaction. Always do your own checks before paying anything or signing any agreement.
