MY ESTIACY is a Cyprus-focused property and flatmate marketplace designed to make it easier to:

A marketplace only works if users trust it. MY ESTIACY is built with safety and quality in mind:
- User verification: Where enabled, we offer or require identity verification to reduce fake profiles and scams.
- Verification with privacy: Where identity verification is enabled, identity checks are handled by a third-party provider, and we aim to configure that provider so that we do not retain copies of ID document images on our own systems. The exact configuration in force at any time is reflected in our Privacy Policy and Verification Policy.
- Property verification measures: We implement checks designed to reduce fake or misleading listings.
- Clear rules: We enforce listing standards and take action against scams, duplicate spam, bait-and-switch tactics, and abusive behaviour.

MY ESTIACY has two sides: people who post and people who search. Both use the same simple flow.
A) If you're looking to rent or buy

- Shortlist: Save listings you like and compare easily.
- Contact: Message the landlord/seller/agent directly through the Platform.
- View: Arrange a viewing. Ask questions. Verify authority.
- Agree and complete: Contracts, deposits, and payments happen directly between you and the other party.
B) If you're renting out or selling
- Create a listing: Add real photos, accurate details, and clear pricing.
- Verify where available: Complete identity verification, if enabled or required, to build trust.
- Publish: Your listing goes live for Cyprus users to discover.
- Respond to enquiries: Reply quickly and keep details updated.
